The composition of TwinGlaze®

Thermal Argon Gas Filled Gap

TwinGlaze® Double Glazing incorporates an insulating thermal Argon Gas gap between the two panes of glass to achieve maximum energy efficiency and thermal performance.

Dense, crystal clear, non-toxic argon gas is infused in between the two panes of glass in the insulated glass unit (IGU) to significantly enhance double glazing performance when used in the place of common dehydrated air.

The Argon Air Cushion is hermetically sealed between the two glazing panes to enhance the life long thermal performance of your double glazing.

Safety Glass with Low 'E'

TwinGlaze® includes an interior pane of 4mm Toughened Safety Glass with Low ‘E’ to further enhance the year round energy efficiency and performance of your double glazing.

Low ‘E’ is a transparent nano-metallic coating that is infused onto the interior pane of toughened safety glass to further enhance the performance of your double glazing in Summer & Winter.

Low ‘E’ reflects harsh direct sunlight and UV away from your home in Summer while reflecting your indoor generated heat back into your home in Winter to deliver life long savings on heating & cooling bills.

Toughened Safety Glass

TwinGlaze® Double Glazing includes an exterior pane of Toughened Safety Glass which undergoes a heat treatment process that gives it its strength.

Toughened Glass, also known as tempered glass is four to five times stronger than standard glass. This means it can withstand greater impact without breaking.

The Toughened Glass is able to absorb UV rays and delievers the added benefit of UV reduction to guard against fading of your furnishings and interior surfaces.

How long is the TwinGlaze® warranty?
TwinGlaze® is manufactured at our glass processing facilities located in the ACT and Victoria to ensure total quality control and compliance with Australian Glazing Standard AS 1288.
Installation is carried out by our fully insured and accredited in house Technicians to ensure the integrity of your 10 Year Warranty.
(We do not outsource installations to subcontractors)
Please expect delivery and installation of your double glazing within 6 – 8 weeks
TwinGlaze® privacy glass options are available for your bathroom, ensuite or other areas in your home where you need to obscure the vision through your window.
Privacy Glass options will be confirmed at Production Check Measure.
TwinGlaze® Tinted is available where you want to maximise protection against direct sunlight (Radiant Heat) or slightly increase privacy by toning down the light from outside.
Radiant Heat from Solar Radiation causes Heat Gain within a home when harsh direct sunlight enters your home in Summer.
